In addition to promoting individual posts using the Share options, you can and should promote your topic digest  (I keep wanting to call these Boards, a la Pinterest) generally.

I just added a list of my topics to my email signature, as you can see in the screenshot above.  I also created an excel sheet listing my topics.  Across the topic I entered the social media networks on which I am active: Google+, Inbound Marketing, BX Business Week, BizSugar, Twitter, Delicious, Stumbleupon, Linkedin and Facebook.  Plus a few Google + communities.

I'm choosing two topics a week. On a given day, I copy the explanatory material at the top of my topic digest and also the direct URL to the topic into Notepad.  Then I go to each of the networks, add the link, and customize the brief explanation for it.  I do say that I am "gathering posts, or "curating" because few business people understand that term in this context.

Several people in different networks have commented that these were useful links. They had never seen the format before.  

I will probably repost the links to the topic digests every 3 months, just to keep my networks aware of my activities here.
